I have contacted both ASUS and intel and the solutions they offered have not worked either.Īs I have already contacted intel and ASUS I am wondering if Microsoft could please address this issue. I have read extensively on these forums and internet and not found a solution that works.

I have carried out a clean install of windows 10 (previously used windows 7). OS: Windows 8 family Windows Server 2012 family Windows Server 2008 family Windows Vista family Windows 7 family Windows Server 2008 R2 family. Have also disabled any AV / Firewall security. performed SFC /Scannow this found no integrity issues. I have also tried all the ipconfig commands ( refresh, renew etc ) again no change.
